School Casitas. These are located within the school premises and 1 min. walk to the school through beautiful gardens. They are fully equipped, living and dining areas, one bedroom w/2 beds or double bed (may sleep third and fourth persons in additional space in the living room), bathroom w/shower, hot water, kitchen w/all utensils, refrigerator, microwave, linen and towels, telephone, cable TV, hair dryer; maid service will clean and make beds every day, free tennis court time and free use of swimming pool. Casitas rent from Sunday to Sunday. We have tried to equip your casita with as many conveniences as possible in order to offer you a more enjoyable stay. All casitas have a telephone. You may receive calls or call internationally with MCI, AT&T, or SPRINT calling cards right from your casita/room. You may receive calls directly to your casita/room without going through an operator.  CNN, The Discovery Channel, ESPN and some others are the available channels in each of the casitas at no extra cost. The school provides wireless access to the Internet in certain areas of the school.

Castle room.   700 sq.ft  ($450 per wk. for 1 or 2 persons) Beautifully decorated room on a second floor with magnificent views. 22 steps lead  you to this room in a spiral staircase reminiscent of an old spanish castle, outside terrace, balconies on three sides. King size 4 poster wrought-iron bed, couch and love seat, armoire, round table w/3 chairs, fireplace with free firewood, TV, VCR, 3 telephones (one in bathroom), 2 ceiling fans; kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, sink. On South side, huge windows let you admire a volcano 5 miles away, on East side, balconies have a view of the hills and school swimming pool; terrace with patio furniture, look down on the tennis court on the West side. Above this room, there is a lookout where you can enjoy breathtaking sights of the volcanoes and hills that surround Antigua.

Fountain room   625 sq. ft.  ($425 per wk. for 1 or 2 persons,  $460 for 3 persons) These 2 rooms are the latest addition to our magnificent accommodations. They are on ground level with a fountain that  separates both of them. They are of the same quality of the Castle room. King or queen size bed, fridge, microwave,  coffeemaker, sink, ceiling fan, fireplace with free firewood, outside terrace.

Casita A  423 sq. ft. ($360 per wk. for 1 or 2 persons, $390 for 3 persons, $420 for 4 persons). 3 separate areas ( bedroom, living, dining). Fireplace in living area (one Casita A only) with free firewood. Ceiling fan in bedroom. Kitchen with range (cooktop) only before March 31 st., 2007, fidge, microwave, hotplate (from April 1 st., 2007), coffeemaker, toaster, sink.

Casita B  324 sq. ft. ($275 per wk. for 1 or 2 persons, $300 for 3 persons). Fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, ceiling fan, sink.

Garden room  253 sq. ft.   ($240 for 1 or 2 persons). Small fridge, coffeemaker, ceiling fan. Outside terrace.
Street side rooms  ($210 for 1 or 2 persons, $250 for 3 persons) Small rooms with fireplace with free firewood.  Coffeemaker. There are 2 street side rooms. One has 2 twin beds and the other a queen size bed and a twin bed. These rooms are not as quiet as the other rooms and casitas.

Homestay. The school will find a home for the student. This includes his/her room and bath with hot water (electric resistance on showerhead), Monday through Sunday; 3 meals per day Monday through Friday. Homes have been carefully selected ensuring clean accommodations. Staying in a home in Antigua provides the student an inexpensive alternative if you are on a budget. Homestay is provided only to students that take the full day of class.There is no TV access in a homestay. If you are a vegetarian, we recommend to stay at the school casitas.
